We have received questions about whether it's okay to combine multiple wins into a single donation. Yes, you can do this! Please make sure that the total amount you're donating accounts for all of your wins.

If you are a winning bidder and haven't donated yet: No problem! You have until June 17 21:59 UTC to donate.

If you think you had a winning high bid but haven't received a "Sunflower Auction High Bids" email: Check your junk/spam folder first, then please contact us!

After we've sent our donation confirmation in, what (and when) is the next thing we should hear? I'm a little prone to worrying, and just want to make sure that my donation confirmation was received and everything is all tickety-boo.

Hi! We received your email and your donation is accounted for. Due to volume, we're currently only replying to donation emails that have questions in them. :)

What happens next: You won't hear back from us for several days. The next email we send will be the creator/bidder contact email. There will be announcement here on DW and on tumblr when those go out.

Are the bidders going to receive a cc of the email sent to the creator the way they do for FTH? Also, do you have an expected time-frame for when those can be expected?
